Zodiac Compatibility Chart
Find your sign on the left and your partner's along the top. The cell names the relation between them.
Reading the chart
The grid lists the twelve signs down the side and across the top, so every pair appears twice, once each way. Each cell names the relation that the distance between the two signs gives them in astrology. Colors group the relations: blue for the easy trines and sextiles, red for the tense squares and oppositions, gold for the same sign.
There are 78 different pairs. Twelve of them are a sign with itself, twelve are trines and six are oppositions, which each appear twice in the grid. Nothing here is a percentage. Popular charts that give Leo and Libra 73 percent invent that number; the tradition only names the relation.
To read one pair in detail, with the elements and modalities spelled out, open the zodiac compatibility calculator. To compare two full charts, use synastry.

How this is calculated
Each cell is the relation of the row sign to the column sign by distance around the zodiac, the same rule as the zodiac compatibility calculator. No score.
